The ESTEEM Program
Exercise, Socialise, Think After Stroke

The ESTEEM Program is part of a research study for stroke survivors. It combines exercise, socialising, and creative thinking.

It is based on evidence showing that recovery and quality of life after a brain injury, may be improved through physical, social and cognitive (thinking) activities.

Group sessions run twice a week for 10 weeks.

The ESTEEM Program provides:

A nurturing and caring group environment. Participants report that regular attendance has helped them feel confident again.
